Sophie’s main work is helping her clients truly awaken to the timeless peace of their Being, beyond the narrative of the conditioned mind. And to then support her clients in bringing this unconditional love down into every aspect of their humanity, so that all that has become lost and distorted, through all times, spaces and dimensions, can start to be healed and welcomed home. 

She believes a new, more embodied, 'Feminine' path to Awakening is being called for on the planet. A spirituality that does not seek to transcend or escape life, but instead seeks to meet life ever more fully, so all can be alchemised in the cauldron of our hearts. And for her, this is the ‘Path of the Rose’ - the path of Unconditional Love, the path of the Divine Mother and the path of Sacred Union. A mystical lineage of the Love that has existed for Millenia that is now being called to be remembered on a grand scale. A path that fearlessly embraces and honours all of Life by understanding and wholly remembering that God is both within and beyond all things and You are that. 

Sophie teaches retreat’s, workshop’s and event's online and in-person all around the world. She is also in the process of building a permanent year-round Rose Mystery School, Retreat Center and Community on sacred Land in England where her festival - Heart of the Rose takes place.
